I have an ad for SWS Spyware Remover that pops up over and over and over. I have tried to get rid of it by running adaware, windows defender and Symantic antivirus scans. What can I do to get rid of this?

Sounds like rogue antispyware to me. Rogue antispyware is a fake spyware remover that is actually a virus itself. It get into your registry and creates these fake pop ups from there. What you need is a spyware removal program that can scan your registry for infections.
